Rena Bruckman, MS, RD-N
Rena is a seasoned registered dietitian/nutritionist with over two decades of experience, specializing in the treatment of weight and disordered eating. She provides compassionate and personalized medical nutrition therapy to clients of all ages and genders, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Rena received her MS in Nutrition Education from Columbia University where she also completed her dietetic internship. Rena received her BA from American University. She has been practicing nutrition since 1998 where she began as a nutritionist in public health at Westchester County Dept of Health, followed by 5 years at The Renfrew Center eating disorder treatment center where she was both the Admissions Coordinator and Intensive Out Patient Nutritionist.

Rena has been in private practice treating eating disorders for 18 years. Rena has also worked as a consultant for Cigna health insurance providing educational lectures in the workplace. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Ct Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is Certified in Adult Weight Management.
